Kanatsuki Shiki

The type of commission will only be digital art in either A4 or A5 size of your choice. You will receive a digital file of the artwork in full resolution.

Commission may take up to 2 to 6 weeks to finish depending on the complexity of the requested commission. If delays arise, you will be notified in advance.

I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.

All payment should be in USD. I accept bank transfer (Japan & Thailand only) and Paypal.

Full payment must be made before I start the commission.

An e-invoice will be provided. (Please keep it until the completion of commission process)

Prices are for personal use only; no commercial use allowed.

I retain all the rights to my artwork, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.

If you wish to distribute commercially, we will review and discuss thoroughly regarding the terms.

You are welcome to upload your commission to any social media platform, as long as you give me credit. (Please tag or mention me if you are posting on Instagram)

In your email, please pick out your choice of commission type from Commission Menu, and kindly provide visual references and detailed description. (The more the better)

All requests will be reviewed within 2-3 days and are subject to approval.

Once I accept the commission, I will send you details on payment method and is subject to pay within 3 days of approval.

After payment is received and confirmed, I will officially start the commission and update you on the progress as follows:

In general, I do not accept cancelations once I’ve started the commission.

However, if you insist on canceling the commission, it will only be acceptable if it’s during the draft stage of the commission. In that case, 30% of what you’ve paid will be refunded.

Anything after the draft stage, will not be refunded at any circumstances.
